Upair Drone Review
Upair Drone Review, also called the ‘Tactic air drone’ is a new portable drone with several sophistication, which are; High resolution camera, optical flow sensors and intelligent maneuver control.
This drone enables you to take photos and videos from a unique aerial view which people don’t see everyday.
It’s so portable that you can carry it in a very large pocket, Tactic air drone is able to lock on a moving body providing aerial view and photos of you with a 4K HD camera. This has a wi-fi maximum range of 100metre, with a long battery life.
Why Do I Need the Tactic Drone View?
Apart from the fun you get when flying an aircraft, tactic drone is one of the best drones in the market because of its sophisticated features.
It is easy to control but if you have difficulties in controlling it just turn on the follow me mode.
Let’s say your going on a hike, but then you want to see what its looks like when you climb hills or mountains, obviously you’ll need two hands to climb to ensure safety when climbing.
This is when tactic air drone comes in handy providing slick High Definition photos or videos from an aerial perspective which will blow your mind.
In contrast to other drones of this kind, this one has several extensions and offers you much more fun with filming and photography.
Upair Drone Review (Tactic Air Drone Review)
This drone comes with a pretty cool carry case that looks to be made from carbon and has a premium feel to it.
The first thing you’ll notice when you open this tactic air drone box is that it is foldable, which means that it can be compacted to be small enough to fit into a large pocket of which its comfortable to move around with.
This drone cost less than a 100 bucks but matches up its famous rivals like DJI Mavic series and Parrot Anafi, which have a huge price tag.
Along side the drone, you get an intelligent battery, 4 extra propellers, a USB cable for charging and an instruction manual.
Its still a bargain coming in under $100 and it does come with some advanced features that will make flying this drone a fun experience for both beginners and experienced pilots.
Tactic Air Drone Camera – The Tactic Air Drone comes with dual cameras, the main HD camera is at the front while a 480 pixel camera is placed on its belly.
The HD camera can be tilted 90° via the remote and the lens has a 120° FOV to give you a wide field of view.
This is the best feature of this drone, the picture and video good quality is pretty good. You can live stream video footage to your smartphone and edit and share video and pictures on social media via the drone app.
The second camera can also live stream straight to your smartphone, but the picture and video quality is not as good.
Both cameras can stream videos simultaneously to your smartphone so you have two video feeds on your screen at the same time, but I wouldn’t advise this as it can eat up your battery charge faster.
The drone comes with a 6 axis gyroscope for better flight stability and this allows for better quality images and videos.
Intelligent flight mode – Although, Tactic air drone is a cheap drone, it still has an intelligent flight mode to which you can toggle on, fortunately drone technology keeps growing at a rapid pace making it easier and more for to fly drones at a cheap rate.
Follow Me Mode – In this flight mode, you set the drone to lock onto your position and follow you around. This is a really cool flight mode and you can impress family and friends with it, it will also allow you to take cool selfies and record your every move. A cool flight mode to use when you go on a hike or when riding your bike.
Trajectory Mode – This is a truly hands-free flight mode, within the drone app, you can draw a flight path and the drone will follow that path and come back to you. You can use the camera in both modes so you can record and take images far more easily.
Gesture Control – Here, you can control the drone through simple hand gesture, though, this works best when the drone is in close proximity, it’s a great way to take pictures, especially selfies.
Remote Control – The Tactic Air Drone controller is small and comfortable to use, all the controls are easy to reach and there is smartphone attachment on the bottom. You can also control the drone via its app which can be used for android devices, the app gives you more features you can play with like the intelligent flight modes and stream live video feed to your smartphone.
Flight Time – Tactic Air Drone has a long flight time, you can get around 15-20 minutes on one charge. For a drone under $100, that is pretty good. You should be aware that flight time is reduced if you fly in windy conditions, the drone is small and lightweight, and I would advise anyone who isn’t experienced to not fly this drone in harsh weather. Charging the drone takes over 2 hours, which is a bit of a let-down because currently you cannot purchase extra batteries separately.

How We Test Up Air Drone Review
When we take a new drone out for a spin, we evaluate it based on a number of factors:
- Design: How well is the drone built, and does it look good? If it comes with a controller, we take a look at its ergonomics.
- Durability/Repairability: Face it. You’re going to crash your drone at least once, but a good model should be able to survive a few mishaps without a problem. And, if something happens to break (it’s usually a rotor), how easy is it to repair?
- Flight Performance: How easy is the drone to fly? Is is stable when hovering, or does it require a lot of stick work? How does it respond to your commands?
- App: How intuitive is the app? What sort of features are available?
- Camera Quality: If the drone has a camera, then how good are the photos and videos it takes?
- Flight time: How long can the drone stay in the air before its battery runs out? This varies a lot based on the size of the drone, but the best drones have batteries that last up to 25-30 minutes.
- Price: Obviously, we don’t expect a $50 drone to perform as well as a $1,000 drone, so we take its cost into consideration when rendering a final verdict.

What to Look Out for When Buying a Drone
Drones aren’t just fun to fly. They can let you capture breathtaking footage, some in high-resolution High definition video.
They’re also more affordable than ever, as quality beginner models now cost less than $60. Good camera drones start at a few hundred dollars.
More complex drones, starting at less than $1,000 offer programmable features and you’ll be able to customize your drone, turning them into truly autonomous devices that can make their own decisions.
Drones aren’t that complicated, but there are a few key features you should consider when you are shopping. There are also some key rules you need to follow when you take to the air.
Legal Requirements – FAA has rules you have to follow. The most important two: Never fly around or above people and always keep your drone in sight. The FAA has a full list of safety guidelines for model aircraft that you should check before you take off. There are also restrictions on where you can fly: For example, within 5 miles of an airport is off limits. Map box provides a great interactive map of no-fly areas, and local RC (Remote Control) aircraft clubs may list fields that they use.Non-commercial drones that weigh between 0.55 pounds and 55 pounds have to be registered (there’s a $5 fee), and have to carry your license with you while flying the drone.
Remote Control – Most drones use a remote control with two joysticks — a bit like an Xbox or PlayStation controller. One stick controls what’s called the attitude of the quadcopter, including roll (tilting left and right) and pitch (tilting up and down). The other stick controls throttle and the rotation of the quadcopter. A good remote control should fit well in the hand, with sticks resting comfortably under your thumbs and providing a smooth, responsive feel that allows you to guide the quadcopter by touch. Some models skip the remote control, or offer it as an extra-cost feature, and instead use a smartphone connected via Wi-Fi and a flying app. These apps often provide a live video view from the quadcopter camera. However, apps don’t allow the precision of real controllers: It is easier for your thumbs to slip, possibly causing a crash.
Construction and Repair – Despite what the ads tell you, drones crash all the time. A good drone will take an unplanned descent and ground interface (aka: a crash) in stride, without damaging the frame. It will also include shields to protect the rotors and electronics from harm.Regardless, things still get broken sometimes, particularly racing drones. A good model will offer a ready supply of cheap parts like rotors and struts to replace the broken ones, and will make it easy to swap these parts out when required. The same is true of batteries.
Batteries – Very few drones offer more than 10 to 20 minutes of battery life, so an easily swapped battery can give you more flying time without hassle. This tends to be a feature of more expensive models, with a spare battery typically costing more than $100. Cheap drones (under about $200) usually have built-in batteries that can’t be swapped out.
Camera – Want to show off your aerial exploits? A camera, either built-in or add-on, can capture those dramatic vistas for posterity. Most budget models use the equivalent of a cheap webcam, capturing low-resolution video (usually 640 x 480-pixel resolution) to an internal memory card for later viewing.More sophisticated models offer high-definition video capture or the ability to connect an HD action camera such as a Go Pro. Some drones also offer first-person view (FPV), sending a pilot’s-eye view from the drone itself to a phone or tablet. Some models offer video goggles for the ultimate pilot-seat flying experience.
Why we love it: This is the latest entry in budget drone market, still it has succeeded in making a mark with features. The new gesture control feature is unique and yet to be seen in use effectively. We loved the camera quality and its effects which were quite good for a budget drone. Flight was quite stable
What we Didn’t like: Battery life is good for any beginner to medium use but more can be expected from such good drones. Another major drawback is availability. We are yet to see large scale production which company justifies that producing large quantity can affect quality.
Tactic Air Drone rating and recommendation
Several drones are now on the market and many of these devices are so similar that choosing the best one is not easy.
However, you can hardly find a comparable device to the Tactic Air Drone, which also has a very interesting Follow Me mode, in which the device automatically follows you.
So you don’t lose sight of your mini airplane and can also make very special recordings of you.
In addition, the MV function offers the possibility to revise and embellish your photos and videos before you show your masterpiece to your friends. All in all, this little plane seems the most convincing compared to its competitors.
If you are looking for a beginner friendly drone with an HD camera and intelligent flight modes, the Tactic Air Drone will not disappoint you.
The camera isn’t 4K as advertised but it is HD and for under a $100 it’s still a bargain. Don’t fly in windy conditions and always have the battery fully charged before you fly it.
I should also tell you that currently they have a special offer, if you purchase three of these drones you get a 30% discount in which you only pay around $60 for each drone.
This deals makes it a great gift idea for birthdays and special occasions like Christmas.
